all of our meats are grilled over mesquite and include carne asada, chicken, and chorizo.
our vegan options include soyrizo with grilled pinepapple & onion, potato, a mix of soyrizo with potato and lastly black beans with ensalada de nopal *cactus salad
all of our sauces are carefully crafted by selected members of the family. our salsas are secret family recipes. dad makes two of them. grandma makes three and I also make three of them inlcuding our guacamole-guacamole *which is NEVER extra
